| Job Description: | Summary: Rogers Memorial Hospital, the area’s leader in behavioral health services, is currently recruiting for various Pool (noc shift)Residential Counselor positions throughout our Residential Center. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Maintaining the therapeutic environment, monitoring safety of residents, completing documentation relating to daily activities, supervision of meals, groups and patient outings, as well as communicating within our interdisciplinary treatment team. Rogers Memorial Hospital currently has the following open positions at our Residential Centers in Oconomowoc: Pool 1 - Must work a minimum of 4 shifts per month and one being on the weekend. Pool 2 - Must work a minimum of 8 shifts per month, 2 of them being on the weekend. |
