Requirements: Requirements for this position:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field preferred (psychology, sociology, social work).
2. Experience working with the identified population is preferred.
3. Hold a valid Wisconsin driver’s license. May be required to have driving record approved by the Hospital’s insurance carrier.
4. Nursing assistant certification is preferred, but not required.
5. Two years experience in a mental health facility preferred

Job Description:  Rogers Memorial Hospital, the area’s leader in behavioral health services, is currently recruiting for Residential Counselors for our Eating Disorder Clinics at our Oconomowoc & Delafield campuses, our Child Center in Oconomowoc, and our Child/Adol unit in Oconomowoc!!Part-time and pool positions are available at our Oconomowoc Eating Disorder Center on the pm & noc shift; part-time, am/pm shift, and pool shifts available on the Child/Adol unit; part-time positions on the pm/noc shift on our Child Center; part-time position on the pm shift at our Herrington Recovery Center.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Maintaining the therapeutic environment, monitoring safety of residents, completing documentation relating to daily activities, supervision of meals, groups and patient outings, as well as communicating within our interdisciplinary treatment team.
