Tracey Cornella-Carlson, MD, a board-certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist, is the medical director of the child and adolescent inpatient and the partial hospitalization eating disorder programs at Rogers Memorial Hospital – Milwaukee. She received her medical degree from the Chicago Medical School in 1992. At Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago, Dr. Cornella-Carlson completed a three-year general psychiatry residency and a two-year fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry, during which she was Chief Fellow. She has done research on co-morbidity in boys with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, and specializes in eating disorders.
Dr. Cornella-Carlson is licensed to practice psychiatry in the state of Wisconsin, and a current member of the Academy for Eating Disorders and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Stephanie C. Eken, MD, a child and adolescent psychiatrist, earned her medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in 2002 and her bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond. She served as chief resident during her triple board residency training in pediatrics, psychiatry, and child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Kentucky.
Jerry L. Halverson, MD, is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with a subspecialty in psychosomatic medicine. He serves as medical director for adult services at Rogers Memorial Hospital - Oconomowoc.
Jay Kasner, MD is the medical director of Chemical Dependency Services at Rogers Memorial Hospital – Milwaukee and the attending physician at The Herrington Recovery Center. Dr. Kasner is board certified as an addictionologist by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). He is respected throughout the medical community for his clinical expertise with inpatient, residential and outpatient treatment programs.

Dr. Lake is a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist and is the medical director of Rogers Memorial Hospital-Oconomowoc, Child and Adolescent Services-Oconomowoc and the Child & Adolescent Center.
Dr. Levenhagen is board certified in adult psychiatry and a full-time attending psychiatrist with the acute adult inpatient unit at Rogers Memorial Hospital – Oconomowoc. Mood and anxiety disorders, as well as the geriatric population are his major areas of clinical interest.
Dr. Luhn is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist and a full time medical staff member of the Child & Adolescent Center at Rogers Memorial Hospital in Oconomowoc. Prior to joining Rogers Memorial, Dr. Luhn was a medical director at the Mercy Cooperative Childcare Institute in Janesville, and a Mendota Mental Health Institute child and adolescent psychiatrist in Madison. He has directed inpatient, outpatient and residential programs for children and adolescents.
Dr. Mullen is a full-time psychiatrist and addictionologist in adult services at Rogers Memorial Hospital-Milwaukee. Previously, she was a staff psychiatrist at St. Michael's Hospital in Milwaukee. Dr. Mullen began her medical career as a registered nurse, and then completed a three-year internal medicine residency and a three-year psychiatric residency at Sinai Samaritan Medical Center in Milwaukee. She is certified in addiction medicine through the American Society of Addiction Medicine and is experienced in treating patients dealing with dual diagnosis as well as general adult psychiatric concerns.
Dr. Pahlavan is a clinical psychologist licensed by the State of Wisconsin and is the program director of the Child & Adolescent Services Day Treatment Program of Rogers Memorial Hospital–Milwaukee. Dr. Pahlavan has been in private practice since 1995 and has more than 15 years of experience working with children and adolescents.
Dr. Pahlavan is the medical director of the Rogers Memorial Hospital - Milwaukee and Child & Adolescent Services of Milwaukee. His primary objective is to continue Rogers Memorial's tradition of excellence in identifying the mental health needs of the community and developing high quality services within the hospital, as well as promoting education and research.
Dr. Riemann is a leading expert in the assessment and cognitive-behavioral treatment of anxiety disorders and supervises the training program for graduate and post-graduate students from around the country for cognitive behavioral therapy in anxiety disorders.
Erik Johnston Ulland is a 2003 graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine and performed residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinic's Child Psychiatry program from 2006 to 2008, and at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H. from 2003 to 2006.
Theodore E. Weltzin, MD is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who is an established leader in the field of eating disorders.
Azhar M. Yunus, M.D., is a full-time physician for Child and Adolescent services at our Milwaukee hospital. Yunus is a 1999 graduate of Saba University of School of Medicine in the Netherlands, and performed his residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics from 2004 to 2008.
